The very well-kept and rented 4.5 room holiday apartment is located in the Chesa Marianna, a detached property in the centrally located eastern part of the village of Zuoz. The two-family house was completely renovated in 2002 and has been well maintained over the years.

The charm of this cozy yet very well-kept mountain chalet atmosphere gives this apartment a certain something. A small garden area on the side of the property and a wooden bench next to the apartment entrance are available for the tenants in the outdoor area.

The rental agreement for the fully furnished apartment is concluded with a minimum rental period of 1 year. Seasonal or weekly rentals are not possible. The gross rent includes the parking space and ancillary costs, while private electricity consumption, internet/TV fees, and the tourist tax would be charged separately. The keeping of pets is not permitted in this apartment.
